Our close friends at Verdant Vision were working with them them anyway, and when they wanted to have an animation produced to show in an exciting manner a selection of the areas their tools are used in, they came to us.
The project was pretty large, with a lot of 3D modelling and handling of very detailed CAD models. With a team of up to 10 people at its peak covering various roles from 3D to audio post, we got the aniamtion delivered in time for the large engineering show in Hamburg.
Apparently it even got a bit of a standing ovation for them.

They were releasing a new EP, and wanted to use a local company to produce their CDs for them. So they turned to Brace Media for their CD replication needs.
We got them 1,000 CDs printed and replicated, packed into printed card wallets, and shrinkwrapped, all in a timely fashion to meet their deadline they imposed. They proveded some pretty cool artwork, which looked great on the discs!
We wish these nice guys continued success with their music.
]]>Once the filming and their editing was done, they needed a nice clean simple menu designed to be in keeping with the charity’s look, along with the DVD authoring of the disc.
Once that was done and approved, we had to do a run of DVD duplication and print of 250 discs in clamshells pretty quickly in order to be ready for an event.
We didn’t let them down!
]]>The audio recording from this was then also mixed up at the 5.1 specialists in Digbeth, The Audio Suite.
We then received the audio for each channel and encoded it to Dolby Digital 5.1 and encoded the video sequence together to DVD. This DVD was then used in the Gadget Show programme as part of their discussion and review of 5.1 audio. Or something like that.
It was a pretty cool quick job to turn around, but received no less that our utmost attention. We were pleased to hear it was well used!
]]>Their client, the IET wanted to have real-life testimonials on this new site, and wanted this in the form of video interviews that matched the look and feel of the new design.
We helped Switch with their filming requirements, and edited the four testimonials together along with some very demanding green-screen chromakeying work. After a couple of weeks all was done and the videos were embedded into the IET Connect website after a successful post-production period.
The videos can be viewed here: http://www.ietconnect.org/
]]>What they were after was a piece looking back on their year’s success, to show to their staff at their Christmas meal!
After Infinite had done the filming, we took the footage and turned it into a full blown video with much more visual excitement than many corporate projects out there.
The video was extremely well received by the [possibly slightly alcohol-fueled] staff on the night, and set the targets for the coming year for them!

Golley Slater teamed up with their trusted production house, the lovely chaps at Sound and Picture House, who were excited to be working on this project. After some refining, the guys at SPH gave us a call to give them a bit of assistance with the 3D text to be featured.
This was not a simple task to create, as the commercial was shot in a white studio, with very little in the way of markers (or marks) to for us to track. Nevertheless, we managed to pull tracking info from the scenes so we could synchronise our virtual cameras with the motions of the real camera from the shoot -- this meaning the positions and angles of the text matched the real thing!
Once done, we handed our shiny renders of 3D text back to SPH to piece it together with the footage.
Although done in the first half of 2010, the advert came on air nationally on ITV1 on Boxing Day -- much to our joy…!

The Stratstone.com address needed to be supplied, rendered at a specific angle and rendered out so large it would fit a bill board in the street! (This is actually harder than it sounds…)
We got it delivered to them electronically, so they could then monkey around with other elements and images to put together with the text.
We like a bit of teamwork…!
]]>They were having presentation, at which they wanted to be able to give out CDs to attendees. They had a presentation file thy’d already created, but wanted this to be duplicated on to CDs, and printed, for 9am the next day.
Always one for a challenge, we got the job done on time and as we’d used gorgeous glossy Watershield CDs, they client was over the moon!
]]>A Ducati dealer in Glasgow was in need of a bespoke version of the earlier tradeshow DVD, one with a merry Christmas message as well. So upon receiving updating files from the nice Gysty chaps, we got this done and delivered super quick. That’s what we’re here for!
